Most clients come to us when delivery costs have crept up or a new regional contract has exposed gaps in their network. Here is what the first month usually looks like.
Week 1 — Site visits and data pull
We walk your warehouse floor, review pick paths, and collect three months of dispatch records. If you run a mixed fleet, we join a delivery run to see loading sequences firsthand.
Week 2–3 — Lane mapping and scenario modelling
Your current routes are plotted against order density, vehicle capacity, and depot handover points. We model two or three alternative configurations — consolidated runs, cross-dock options, or a satellite depot.
Week 4 — Findings presentation
You receive a written report with cost-per-kilometre comparisons, a phased implementation timeline, and plain-language recommendations your operations team can act on without a second consultant.
After delivery — Implementation support
Optional follow-up sessions help your dispatchers adjust run sheets and train depot staff on new handover procedures. We stay available by phone for the first 30 days after rollout.
