Rates & Pricing Guide
Consultation rates for distribution network reviews, warehouse planning, and fleet route assessments — with factors that affect your quote.
How we price our work
Every engagement is quoted after a brief scoping call. The figures below are starting points for typical scopes. Final pricing depends on the number of depots, regions covered, data quality, and whether ride-alongs require overnight travel.
Distribution Network Review
Four-week flagship engagement covering up to three sites, three months of dispatch data, and two to three network scenarios. Additional depots or extended travel to remote regions are quoted separately.
Includes final report, presentation, and one post-delivery support call.
Regional Warehouse Planning
Two-week single-facility layout and slotting review. Multi-site packages receive a reduced per-site rate when booked together.
Travel beyond 150 km from Perth CBD billed at $0.85/km.
Fleet Route Assessment
Two-week focused review of existing run sheets with one ride-along. Suitable when you need route-level changes without a full network redesign.
Covers up to eight regular delivery runs.
Factors that affect your quote
- Geographic spread — Networks spanning the Pilbara or Kimberley involve longer site visits and higher travel costs.
- Data readiness — Clean dispatch exports speed analysis. If records need significant cleaning, we quote data preparation time upfront.
- Seasonal complexity — Businesses with harvest peaks or cyclone-season contingencies require additional scenario modelling.
- Stakeholder sessions — Extra presentation rounds or board-level workshops are available at $195/hour.
Payment terms
- 40% deposit on engagement confirmation
- 40% at draft report delivery

Invoices are payable within 14 days. We accept bank transfer and do not process card payments on this website.
Implementation support retainer
Optional monthly support ($1,650/month, three-month minimum) for businesses implementing network changes — weekly check-ins with your dispatch lead, run sheet adjustments, and phone access during the rollout period.
