Where we work
Redwood Field Consulting is based in Perth and travels throughout Western Australia for on-site consultations. Most of our clients serve regional and remote communities — we plan networks that account for long distances, seasonal road closures, and the delivery expectations of country customers.
Primary service regions
Perth Metro & Peel
Main depot planning, last-mile consolidation, and satellite warehouse feasibility for businesses headquartered in the metropolitan area serving outer suburbs and Mandurah.
South West
Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River, and Albany corridors. Common engagements include cross-dock design and Bunbury satellite depot stocking plans.
Wheatbelt
Northam, Merredin, Narrogin, and surrounding farm-supply routes. Seasonal volume planning for seeding and harvest peaks is a frequent focus.
Goldfields-Esperance
Kalgoorlie, Esperance, and mining-town supply chains. We account for long line-hauls and strict delivery windows for remote site orders.
Mid West
Geraldton and coastal agricultural networks. Depot placement and backhaul optimisation for fertiliser and machinery parts distributors.
Pilbara & Kimberley
On request for clients with established Pilbara contracts. Travel is quoted separately due to distance and accommodation requirements.
On-site visit logistics
- Perth metro: Included in standard consultation fees
- Within 300 km of Perth: Travel included for network reviews; warehouse-only engagements may incur a travel surcharge
- Beyond 300 km: Flights and accommodation quoted upfront, typically one overnight per region visited
- Remote sites: We coordinate with your local depot manager for warehouse access and ride-along scheduling
