What is excluded

  • IT system implementation or WMS configuration
  • Vehicle procurement or lease negotiations
  • Ongoing dispatch management after handover (available as a separate retainer)

Process

Week 1 — Kick-off meeting, data collection, and first site visit. We agree on priority lanes and delivery promises that cannot change.

Week 2 — Route plotting, depot constraint mapping, and scenario modelling. You receive a draft lane map for comment.

Week 3 — Refinement based on your feedback. We test scenarios against peak-season volumes if data is available.

Week 4 — Final report delivery and presentation. Implementation support call scheduled for the following week.

Gather three months of dispatch records (date, destination, pallets/cartons, vehicle used), current run sheets, and a list of customer delivery windows that are non-negotiable. Freight invoices from your carriers help us benchmark lane costs.
